So that's what we did.
It starts off with him playing with the two Warg Riders I made him...
Before we move into the serious business of dungeon exploration, Middle Earth Style.
The very simplified DnD-style system we're using still requires deep thought...
But the Witch King is finally defeated.
Incidentally, he has named his fearsome uruk-hai warriors mounted on fell wargs. One is called Peanut. The other is called Ra-Ra.
Better than reading, don't you think?
Great stuff! Peanut's not bad....my son insists on names with about 15 syllables and lots of Zs in them which no-one can pronounce.
ReplyDeleteHe'll be writing a 5 volume fantasy epic by the time he's 15.
DeleteTop stuff. I'd love to be able to think of some witty comment about the Witch King and peanut allergies, but its escaping me at present.
ReplyDeleteThe nazgul do look a bit unwell, to be fair. Maybe if Aragorn had stuck them with an epi-pen...?
DeleteAw, that's awesome.
ReplyDeleteTa. Being a dad is awesome when you get to brainwash your kids.
DeleteRun for the hills, he comes Peanut, fabulous stuff.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Michael.
DeleteI love it! Looking forward to doing the same with my boy in a few years.
ReplyDeleteExpect to have a lot of broken miniatures - and to not care :-)
DeleteBrilliant! Fun!
