I've just touched a paint brush for the first time in months, and painted a few tiny squadron marking on a Star Wars X-Wing TIE Fighter. Hopefully a snowball effect will now follow...or not.
I think Michael has the right of it. Like Roy, I haven't been doing much painting in a while, for a variety of reasons. Part of the trick, I think, is to try to do a little nearly everyday. Finding some little project that strikes one's fancy and isn't overwhelming can help, too, I think. (both tips, maybe easier said than done) Good luck!
Rather a few of us are struggling at the mo'.

I do like repainting X-Wing stuff. Quite good fun.
DeleteThe Mojo will be around there somewhere, probably buried under all that planning that won't see the light of day until the end of August. ;)
ReplyDeleteVer probably. What I really need is a small project for every period I'm planning for work...

Thanks Fitz. I've got 6 Normans under coated and ready to go so maybe they will get me going. Or possibly a few Uruk hai berserkers....
DeleteMy mojo seems to have gone completely in July but I'm hoping It'll be back tomorrow. Love the Norman's btw.
